All of our standard courses are held in the homes of the teachers in Bologna, or in the student’s apartment when possible.

They usually start on Monday and finish on Friday.

Course A

Three hours of lessons in the morning (15 hours total), two lunches plus different activities until about 5 p.m. for three afternoons.
These activities include: guided TV viewing, video films, visits to the centre of Bologna, one trip by car/train to Ferrara, Dozza Imolese (Enoteca Regionale) Museo of Ferrari in Maranello or a Parmigiano factory.

Course B

As course A, but only two lunches and two afternoons activities instead of three in a week.

Course C

Three hours of lessons per day plus one lunch at teacher’s house, followed by a visit to the city centre until about 5 p.m.

Course D
Intensive

Four hours of lessons in the morning, two lunches followed by 2 hours in the afternoon (24 hours in total).

Course E 
Long term course

Long term course at free schedule (minimum 10 hours).

Course F
(week end course)

Specially arranged for people who have little free time.
Flexible course of concentrated lessons from Friday to Sunday morning, hours arranged to suit the students.
Two lunches with teachers are possibile.

Cooking lessons

We can also offer one or more afternoons of private one-on-one cooking lessons, held in a B&B located in the city centre.
The student will learn some elements of the famous Emilian cuisine: for example, how to make a good “ragù Bolognese,” a “sfoglia” (the base for tortellini or tagliatelle), or some typical cakes.
The lesson menu can be tailored to the student’s particular interests.
A three-hour session costs 70 euros, including the dinner.
For lovers of Italian wine, we can arrange a guided visit and tasting at a wine-cellar located in the Bolognese hills.
